101 Goals in 1001 Days

101 goals

I’m going to be completely honest: I did 0 blog work last weekend. We went to my in-laws for Mother’s Day and although I took my laptop stuff just didn’t happen. I didn’t feel great on Monday so the only reason I managed to get something up was because of Rebeka’s guest post.

So in the interest of getting something posted today I decided to do the 101 in 1001 challenge. This challenge was brought to my attention by Anna. Basically you come up with 101 goals to complete in 1001 days which is just short of 3 years. Right now that seems like a loooong time, but I’m sure it will get here fast. It will be really exciting to revisit this in a few years and see what goals I’ve accomplished and how life has changed!

I plan to do quarterly updates. I’ve also created a separate page HERE so you can follow along with my progress!

  1. I always adore 101 in 1001 goals. So cool you are working towards blogging full time, you have some great smaller goals to help achieve that major goal. I have a lot of the same financial goals as you (ie. improving my credit score/saving money/paying off debt/loans). Good luck with everything you are pursuing!

    1. I’m so bad about writing down goals, and it took me a while to come up with all 101 but I hope this will help keep me accountable for them! It definitely helped me think about where I want to be in 3 years and outline how to get there!

    1. A lot of my goals fit inside one another (and I definitely cheated by putting some things on there that I know are for sure going to happen in the next few months like the train trip and going to a major US city) so I’m hoping it won’t become too overwhelming… but it’s kind of overwhelming

  2. I did one of these a few years ago and will be reaching the end of my 1001 days in just a few shorts months and I have so many things left to do haha.

    1. Most likely Medieval British Lit with a focus on Arthurian legend or possibly a more generalized Forensic Anthropology or Archaeology degree. I’d like to get my PhD so being able to find a program may limit my options a little.

    1. I think I might do a 30 before 30 once I finish this one! I’ll be 25 when I finish this one, so maybe I’ll do another 101 in 1001 so I’ll be 28 then do 30 under 30 in about 2 years since 30 things in 5 years seems like so little after doing 101 in less than 3!

  3. I really like how you broke them up into separate categories. I’ve seen this a lot but they don’t seem to be as beneficial to people because it’s just one super long list!
